Nick Morgan is a learning and development consultant specialising in organisational and professional development, with expertise in leadership, management, coaching and mentoring. Holding a BA in Leadership and Management and a MSc in Coaching and Mentoring, he is currently pursuing doctoral research on mentoring, focusing specifically on the role of the Mentoring Programme Manager.
Holly Bennett is a learning and development consultant, HR practitioner and evaluation expert specialising in mentoring, coaching, and developing learning and development interventions. She holds a BCom in Management and Human Resources Management and a PGCert in Mentoring and Coaching. Currently she is working as a mentoring programme manager, HR lead and dedicated EMCC assessor and verifier.
